The Beginning

Founded in 2019 by Chef Marcus Chen, NORTH & CO began as a vision to redefine contemporary dining. After training in Paris, Tokyo, and New York, Chef Chen returned home to create a restaurant that celebrates the best of local ingredients while pushing culinary boundaries.
