By accessing and using SiteBase's website design and development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SiteBase provides website templates and subscription services for local businesses. We offer a simple subscription model:

• Website Subscription ($25/month) - Professional website with hosting, updates, and ongoing support included

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is required before your website goes live. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods processed through our secure Stripe payment system. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

4. Project Timeline

After subscribing and providing your business information, we aim to have your website live within 48 hours. We work with you to customize the template to your needs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete business information
• Reviewing and approving website designs in a timely manner
• Providing necessary assets (images, logos, content)
• Owning or having rights to use all materials provided

6. Intellectual Property

Upon subscription payment, clients have full rights to use their website for as long as their subscription remains active. SiteBase retains rights to general templates, design elements, and code libraries used across multiple projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

SiteBase's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your website goes live, no charges will be applied. If you have concerns about your project, please contact us at cs@sitebase.pro to discuss options.

9. Support and Maintenance

Support, updates, and maintenance are included with your $25/month subscription. Your subscription covers hosting, security updates, and ongoing support.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client data is never sold to third parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed to date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
