How We Began

Lotus Flow Studio was born from a simple observation: in our fast-paced world, we've lost touch with the wisdom of slowing down. Our founder, Maya Chen, returned from her training in India with a vision—to create a space where anyone could press pause and reconnect with themselves.

What started as a small community gathering in 2018 has grown into a beloved wellness destination. Every corner of our studio has been thoughtfully designed to promote calm, every teacher carefully selected for their expertise and heart.
