A labor of love rooted in tradition and community
Hearth & Harvest began as a simple dream: to create a restaurant that honors the rhythms of nature and the bounty of our local farms. Founded in 2018 by chef couple Emma and Thomas Wilder, our kitchen has become a gathering place for those who appreciate honest, thoughtfully prepared food.
Every morning, we receive deliveries from over 20 local farms within a 50-mile radius. Our garden, tended by our own hands, provides herbs, vegetables, and flowers that find their way onto your plate within hours of harvest.
We believe that great food creates connection — to the land, to our farmers, and to each other. Every dish tells the story of its origins, from seed to harvest to your table.
We partner exclusively with farmers within 50 miles, ensuring peak freshness and supporting our local agricultural community.
Our menu changes with the seasons, celebrating nature's bounty at its absolute peak. We cook what the land provides.
We treat every guest like family. Our restaurant is a place where strangers become friends over shared meals.

Behind the restaurant lies our half-acre garden, where we grow over 50 varieties of heirloom vegetables, culinary herbs, and edible flowers. Every item in our kitchen garden is tended with the same care we put into every dish.
From spring's first asparagus to autumn's last tomato, the garden dictates our menu. We invite you to walk through the rows when you visit — there's nothing quite like seeing your meal grow.
